Selling A Home

The steps I highlight below are critical to the complete selling process. I will guide you through this selling process step-by-step with the "Real and Achievable" goal of selling your home for the maximum dollars possible. This is a highly collaborative process and a team effort. Remember: Your home is only worth what one is willing to pay not what you think it's worth! However, there are many techniques to maximize your sales price. If I do my job, your home will sell within 1-3 weeks, so... be ready to move (it happens quickly). The market is very fluid so you must be flexible! If the home goes beyond 3-4 weeks, it's likely priced too high.

Desire or need to sell your home (at times, this is not an easy decision. Be sure you're ready to sell)
Arrange for an office interview (I'll perform a detailed analysis to determine you homes value and likely sales price; at times you may think the price is not high enough. However, you'll find I'm very accurate and if you want to sell you home in a timely manner, heed my recommendations. It will be the best price possible. History has shown, an overpriced home will sit on the market for months (or even a year) and eventually sell for a much lower price then what was originally recommended and likely to sell for.
Receive offers (I will present all offers; we will negotiate the best price; don't quibble over a few dollars)
Accept offer; receive "Good Faith" deposit from buyer(s)
SOLD! - I'll coordinate the opening of Escrow (typical escrow is 45-days; I will explain the entire process and keep you up-to-date)
Get ready to move (time is short; be sure you have a place to go)
Out you go; take your money and run!
